Anyone born after 1/1/2009 will be unable to legally buy tobacco.

i get that mate, was just replying to the government letter which i guess was sent to do with vaping but the reply was about smoking.

and the idea of asking everyone who looks young to prove if they were born before 2009 is just a joke. so in 10 years time if your 29 you can still buy cigs but if your 28 you cant. laughable situation the later on in life this will get.

I think that sums it up very well in just one sentence.

How any PM or party could have considered bringing this in, let alone go along and vote for it, is beyond me.. total idiocy and completely unjust...
But (according to Jacob), it will likely get passed into law...

And definately not helped by the fact that out of nearly 5 million (5,000000) vapers in the UK only 47,000 have so far bothered to voice their concern. When the government look at the total amount of responses in comparison to the total number of vapers they will see it as no opposition at all giving them a free reign to do as they please.

It's no wonder we get fucked at every hurdle. Sadly we will only have ourselves to blame.
