Sorry folks Wrong company, If it where Gearbest, 2fdeal or healthcabin, even sourcemore, I may have been able to help sadly 3fvape i have no contacts there. It's a shame a mod that has been hyped and enjoyed by some is having the problems spoke about. I would advize putting in a paypal claim if you have a duff squid.

You know i will try my best for almost anyone who needs help from reps, if i know the rep. So here is my attempt even though i do not know Gina.
@Gina3fvape could you please help customers having problems with the Squid industries double barrel mods. 3FVape should look after it's customers. Ignoring the problem will end up with 3fvape getting a bad name and other members will then shop elsewhere, and 3fvape will end up paying for paypal claims without getting the goods back, which if returned 3fvape can then go back to the manufacturer and get refunded.

I will add @Gina3fvape . I know this isn't your fault but as a 3f customer I ask you to pass back to the main office that until the apes here that have been sold poorly made mods (and they are. They have been made slightly too short and the video that 3f have posted as a bodge fix is a recipe for disaster, I and every seasoned vaper here will tell you how dangerous your suggestion is).
Until they've been replaced with mods that have the correct battery tube size or they've been refunded I for one will move my buisness elsewhere. I'm also pretty sure I will not be alone in my decision.
Again not at all a reflection on you. You've always been incredibly valuable and a friend to us here on POTV and have always helped out in the past.
Fact is fact. It's a manufacturing problem that could cause injury or loss of life and currently your supplying a mod that is not fit for use. Please get 3f to do the right thing. Loss of custom and reputation will be far more expensive.

It's better to ask politely, and hopefully it will now get a favourable response. If it doesn't work i am sure i have an email address for a 3fvape staff member.
I prefer to try and sort things without resorting to nasty campaigns or by attempting to ridicule or aiming abuse at reps or companies, all that achieves is a none compromise .

You are of course absolutely right and that's the best way forward but I stand by it purely on the grounds of people's safety.
Squashing the tops of high powered batteries down shouldn't ever be recommended.

With you all the way on that, what would the suggestion have been if the battery wouldn't fit width wise, remove the wrapper?. Playing about with batteries is playing with fire. I wonder what would happen if someone did get hurt because they followed the bad advice. Gina is on the forum now so hopefully she pays attention to this thread now.

Gina has been on this forum every day .... and today has made great efforts to push the troublesome Squid DB post off page 1 of their sales threads. And is still ignoring our pleas for help.

You need to claim paypal. They’re not going to do anything about it, that seems to be clear.
