Squid Industries Double Barrel mod 3FVape

Yep. I've already switched over to the other suppliers. I tend to order on average a. Rda/tank or rta a fortnight minimum and four or five mods per year to play with or for others. They may not all be expensive but it adds up.
I really liked 3f and Gina being on the forum has been a big part of my confidence.
I do feel she's really let the forum down and the contact to those who've had issue's with this has been appalling.
I've personally vouched for 3f with new vapers so many times and I know I've been personally responsible for an awful lot of custom. I imagine many of us can say the same which adds up to a great deal of cash.
This is not just poor customer service but a real danger to people.
Please sort this out @Gina3fvape
That's the saddest thing, I WANTED to like 3FVape and was trying them out as an alternative to my usual FT orders .... first with my Dvarw clone and then this. Guess it didn't work out .... ;)

Honestly H, and I shit you not, without going in to too much detail I’ve spent 1000’s with them. Literally 1000’s. They were my supplier of choice. They looked after me, sorted me out and were helpful at every opportunity. FT and the like very much played second fiddle to them.

But they can get fucked if they think I’m buying shit off them again unless they put this right sharpish. Absolute shower of shit.


Come back Gearbest! All is forgiven.....

I use ft 3f healthcabin, cigabuy, efun top and 3a since sir lugg recommended them and I've just received my first order from everzon. So it's not as if 3f have the luxury of being our only choice.
I've actually not had a bad experience with anyone except gearbest upto now and I avoid them.
Sadly this situation is so serious I promise it's not just empty words.
I can't deal with a company that works this way and as I say I'm most disappointed with gina. She knows how much we all advertise 3f. We're not asking for preferential treatment just common decency.

I'm not a big internet user. I've got a couple of kindle fires that literally have pages open for my email, POTV , vapeclub, manabush and all the Chinese vendors. For the first time in years the 3f page is shut and their e-mails are now forwarded to the spam folder.
Propper thrown my toys out the pram.

I feel grateful for the moral support in this thread [emoji173]️ but agree with @Crewella.
I have been using 3FVape for nearly 2 years now and this is the first issue I have with them.
It makes me sad that we are being ignored by @Gina3fvape as I believe it is part of her responsibility of being a representative.
The battery crushing film and the offensive offer of 8$ on a faulty 92$ mod are not acceptable.

I am relieved I payed through PayPal and not left at the mercy of this company.
I will definitely never buy anything from them again.

Don't be silly .... when it comes to backing a company/manufacturer/shop or backing a friend ...... there's nothing to talk about. I wouldn't even defend Cthulhu in those circumstances and I love them. :D

You aren’t spoiling anything, they are: 3F, @Gina3fvape and Squid Industries.

You got sold a duff mod and it could have been any of us. I was on the verge of preordering before going to Grey Haze. When we buy online we trust the seller will do the right thing if it goes tits. None of them have stepped up.

This is the thing. It just takes an apology from them and some immediate action both for customers and to rectify the terrifying solution video they posted and bridges can be built again.
