@Gina3fvape I’d look at this quickly. Not only is there these two customers future trade at stake there’s also the potential trade from current customers who are watching your conduct about this.
As per other threads on the go at the moment regarding Chinese vendors there are plenty of options. And I’m not sure I want to spend any of my money with a company that flat out tries to belittle their customers.
You need to sort this. Quickly.
