@instantlady Are any of your local coins around 18mm diameter or slightly less? Thinking you could use a stack of them and a battery shrinkwrap to make a slug to push it down. Just a thought.

If they don’t offer a refund or replacement I will try to fix it without breaking it. For now I don’t touch it because I don’t want to risk ‘user’ damage. Good idea though !

I feel shit. For @Crewella and @instantlady , and I unreservedly apologise for cajoling you into buying the squids.

@Gina3fvape I’d look at this quickly. Not only is there these two customers future trade at stake there’s also the potential trade from current customers who are watching your conduct about this.

As per other threads on the go at the moment regarding Chinese vendors there are plenty of options. And I’m not sure I want to spend any of my money with a company that flat out tries to belittle their customers.

You need to sort this. Quickly.
