The 5000, 10,000 and 15,000 puff disposable are DISPOSABLES as they come filled with upto 18ml of e-liquid and are NOT refillable. They are rechargeable and on average you charge them half dozen times before they run out of e-liquid.

They dont have replaceable coils because the mouthpiece or pod is not detachable and are also not TPD compliant because the hold more than 2ml of e-liquid that has nicotine in it.

I've reviewed and used several of these devices in the past and the higher puff ones on average last upto 1 months use before they run out of e-liquid and are then disposed of.

Now all their clever marketers have to do is try to figure out a way of claiming that as they are 'refillable' they're not 'displosables' and try to dodge the ban.

No, if its refillable then it's not really a disposable.

The IVG 2400 puff disposables have 4 pods inside. I think that's how some companies are legally getting around the 600 puff limit.

Haha, yeah they certainly stand out from the gutter more than Elf bars and the like. Takes a few more cars to run them over before they fully squish down too

I`ve written to my MP asking her to explain the thinking behind introducing new legislation rather than getting the TSO to do their job and why the flavour restrictions, let`s see if she comes back.

Hope you have more luck than I had. I sent an 8 page letter covering all aspects of vaping, including my own vaping journey pointing out the benefits of vaping to no avail.
My very brief reply didnt answer any of my points and just mention the government are trying to tackle the environmental and youth vaping issues.

I responded on the 2 points and have not received any reply and I doubt very much if I will get a reply.
