Cotton Picking

I think I would rather vape on cotton that had been cleaned using processes deemed suitable for that cotton to be used in dentistry or as surgical swabs, than to vape on cotton that had not been thoroughly cleaned.

I found muji hard to work with, compared to cotton bacon, but that was probably just my inexperience when I started building.

I’m more inclined to want to avoid the risk of traces of toxic industrial chemicals than worry about cotton being sterile, since I live in a city and breath air anyway.

Aye, I think it’s what you’re used to to a degree, I’ve only really ever used this stuff and some sheets of muji that have come as freebies with wire, tanks etc.

None of the flavours I use are organic, I don’t buy organic food either. But cotton is heavily sprayed with extremely toxic chemicals, much more so than any other crop and since I’m breathing vapour most of the day through little bits of cotton, I’d rather not use the stuff that’s sprayed with toxic chemicals than can cause death in <ml amounts. I’m obviously not saying it’s going to cause death, mind. But I’d rather avoid it.

I’ve never used the fancy cotton, mostly cause I have a giant bag of Labo and have never had any need to buy other cotton.

I remember somebody saying in a thread a while ago that the fancy cotton has an advantage at high watts. I’m rarely above 10w these days, might be that the labo pads do me perfect for what I require from them.

I did the posh cotton thing for a while, then ended up in a pinch so had to use some normal muji pads, and realised I didn't notice a blind bit of difference between the posh stuff and the cheap stuff. So I've gone full circle.
In my case I had made a conclusion and never thought to go back to test it still held. I went posh because the cotton taste from the break in period was horrible. Turns out that must have been specific to the batch of cotton I had at that time. And muji is so much easier to work with than cotton bacon. I still mourn the loss of fiber freaks though...

Then seeing people rave about other cotton i have ended up buying cotton bacon, kendo gold, fuzz and one more (cant remember name)
I dont know why but every time i try to wick using any of these posh cottons they fall apart on me. Cant even get them through the bloody coil! (I must be too rough) [emoji23][emoji23]

I still got half of the muji left, its cheap as chips and it works!

Nah you’re fine, it says Labo in the description. Maybe mine doesn’t say Labo on the bag either. Labo is my favourite cotton.

I think that’s the seller Ingit mine from, as well.

Is it not the same as all muji?

Its much better than all the other fancy stuff ive tried. I will have to make sure to buy the same when i run out, although that could be years away [emoji23][emoji23]

No, it’s not Muji at all. It’s Labo. Much better than Muji. It’s the best cotton, I think.
