Disposable Vapes To Be Banned

I think somewhere it was mentioned that they are going to start another public consultation about flavour bans. It may end up making no difference whatsoever but I'm in favour of trying to get as many vapers to respond as possible to at least try and head off the worst of the measures they might be considering.
I totally agree. The peoples voice needs to be heard. Sadly the public consultation process is a JOKE, it's just a meaningless paperwork exercise to tick the box.

It must be cheaper to raise new legislation than it is to get trading standards to do their job, if the govt are left in charge of this, I expect a right royal fcuk up.

Even worse......... any government, very little to choose between any of them.

Sunak/ Tory plan:

1. Ban disposables
2. Tax the shit out of all vape/ vape related products
3. Flavour bans
4. Baton handed to Labour via their general election victory
5. Labour will go down the prescription route

Either way vapers are F*****.

Yes, apparently -

A further public consultation will take place to decide which flavours should be banned and how refillable vapes will be sold, the government said.
This will be the crunch point.

All the components used in vape flavourings had other intended uses, seeing as they can only ban flavoured vapes, I`m hoping that some bright juice makers are planning on selling their flavourings as "flavour enhancers" and leave the rest to us. They cant ban a company from formulating its` best selling blue razz lemonade flavour and marketing it as a food additive.

Fine for us who DIY but what about those who can't DIY/ aren't hobbyists?

And it would be hard to justify it not as a vape product, if sold on a vape site/ shop...
.. but it does sound like workarounds and/or grey market products will increase...
