Fine for us who DIY but what about those who can't DIY/ aren't hobbyists?

If you read my post I suggested that juice companies would formulate their best selling juices, the danger of using oil based flavours has been an everpresent.

Yes, but if there are major restrictions on flavours (or even not so major), the risk of inexperienced people using oil based flavourings increases...

i think most folk are not daft. but there’s already a risk this can happen. from what i can see even the liquids that are tested for tpd compliance, they only seem to look for daft stuff like diacetyl and additives to make the vapour change colour.
