You're doing great sxlxp!
It's not easy making such a huge change - it affects your lifestyle as well as the obvious health benefits, and takes some adjusting that's for sure!
Try to remember what made you want to switch in the first place.
If that's not quite enough, PM me your address and I'll get a couple of motivational bottles of e-liquid over to you!
You can do it!
I'm two weeks without a smoke today - yep, its hard very hard. My sleep has been affected like you - waking up early, tossing and turning all night and occasionally I'm more grumpy than usual.
But I do believe that you'll turn a corner and soon - you mustn't beat yourself up, just take each day as it comes, enjoy the highs of not smoking and ignore the lows.
I'm sure you'll be fine very soon, just keep at it.
@sxixp, Like all the lovely people have already said, you are not alone. We all have either, been through it, going through it, (like yourself), or have it yet to come.
So sit back and relax, get the OH to pour ya a we dram. (or a huge dram). And just watch the small person playing for awhile.
Very therapeutic, And don't forget to have ya vape stick handy.
Hello sxlxp, not only are you doing really well, but with a 5 year old? I'm so impressed keep up the good work, it will get easier slowly!! And just think of how much better you'll feel being able to keep up with said 5 year old!! We're with you on this!
Stick with it hun, we are right behind you. I am only into my 3rd week and I know how you feel. It will get easier and of course we are all here to help you if we can.... ((hugs hunnie))
