Just caught up with this and all I can say is keep going. I found it easier than my wife but she found that having a suck every five minutes seen her through. Now we don't vape in the old ciggy fashion just when the need takes us. Down to about 3ml of juice a day at 1.8mg. Good Luck.

WOW, reading this thread has filled me with confidence that I can do this with the help of my fellow vapors of POTV. At the moment I'm back on the fags as my e lite has packed up and won't be able to get my vaping started until Monday. So, I'm going to spend the weekend searching and reading on here about all things vaping.

Also going to search out the app for me phone as that sounds like a good way of getting a lift through out the day.

So well done to all who have not smoked a nasty for any length of time, its a real achievement and we'll soon be joining you.

I couldn't wait until today so popped into town and picked up an ego starter kit which has been brilliant but tomorrow morning my iTaste MVP 2.0 will arrive. With VV and VW, good battery and good cartomisers I can't wait to get my hands on it

great news BrothersVXR good first kit too. I'm sure you'll me able to stick to it and get addicted to shiny new things and experimenting with different juices before you know it. Trust me in nearly three months now I could fill a bath with juice but its healthier and miles still cheaper than them nasties.
