iGo-l issue, where am I going wrong?

If it helps, I burn the wire first then wrap 5 times around 3 bits of 2mm silica wick. This give me about 2ohms and vapes well. I have also drilled my airhole to make it 1.5mm. Works nicely for me at about 3.7v.
