so they just mentioned on channel 4 news that the development of this vaccine was partly funded by dolly parton.

Do they need to vaccinate every one?.

Apparently that is mostly related to what the R-number for covid is without restrictions and the efficiency of the vaccine/s.
The best guess at the moment seems to be about 70% coverage.
