I can’t understand. For me it is the simplest RTA in existence. And you have so much experience Martyn. Maybe overthinking/tinkering it?

I find this with some atomisers (I think other people are the same) - some atomisers I just cannot do

And then some which I can’t see how you can go wrong (heron, true tank) other people can’t make work.

I don’t know why it’s weird isn’t it
