I bought a Twist and a mini T3 for my wife a couple of weeks ago for her birthday (her first set up). I got it a little early in relation to the date of her birthday.
From day one the T3 was shorting, so I recoiled it and it kept on shorting. I've recoiled BCC a hundred times and never got shorts. I've tested various different configurations and can confirm it is the clearo.
So I emailed them (at someon'e personal hotmail email address, which is a little unprofessional for a start) and had no reply. So then contacted them via their web contact form and all I got was this:
"Hi Andy, you received the product on the 5th november (2 weeks ago), and the warranty is DOA, You should of contacted us as soon as there was a problem Your Original Message..." and then it pastes my original email to them where I basically describe the issue and ask what they think I should do. Polite, like.
So the above is their verbatim response. No apology, nothing.
I had the thing for a while but only opened it on her birthday and sent the message a few days later. Fair enough, too much time had elapsed. But CUSTOMER SERVICE!!?!
No time for shitty customer service like that.
Nice way to introduce someone to vaping.
