I think I might be on a WINNER

I stopped weed and cigarettes all in a day, I moved in with my now wife and just stopped everything. Some people find it difficult and some dont. Don't kick yourself if you relapse, it happens from time to time. I didn't concentrate on how many days I had been stopped for or how many packets of baccy I would of used. I just got on with it and put my mind to other things. To crave the feeling of something in between my fingers I used to just hold a pencil like a cigarette and that helped me to.

I ended up buying 20 Chesterfield Reds the other day , ok I binned 17 of them but wtaf, smoking and spending £13.99 on fags, then having to bin them, what a mutant  I've had to knock up a 3mg-ish 50/50 blend for when I feel like smoking, which is only socially - I'm 40 years older than a group of friends I meet up and drink with, they're all 21 and 22 yo, and smoke like fuck. I managed not to smoke at all the other day when out, first time in weeks, but the urge was strong, wanker.

I still crave a cigarette after ive eaten a big meal. But 8 years on I've never gone back to smoking. Plus I could never stand the taste of smell of a cigarette in the first place.

10 years ago after having my first heart attack & then been told i have COPD stage 2 i tried vaping after trying & failing badly to quit the smokes using patches, for about the first 2 months i was dual fuelling & even know if we are out having a meal & ive got a pint in my hand i got the craving for a smoke, luckily most of my local pubs dont mind you vaping as long as you dont cloud them out hence why i take a pod system , but anyway if it was not for vapes i doubt i would be here today

Well done dude, I'm the same the pubs round me let people vape as long as they don't cloud the pub out.

The past week i have felt like i could murder a Cig , think it's down to everything that has happened recently. I have managed so far not to but am vaping a hell of a lot more than i usually do. Stressed out atm though.

it’s funny, no matter how stressed out or how crazy life gets i never crave smoking any more. couldn’t even fathom it.

maybe increase your nic a bit and see if it helps, sorry to hear you are struggling though.
