Update: After discussions with @Rob I checked my battery every hour from 4pm today, and in the end I didn't put it on to charge until 8pm at 3.65 and thats from 6am this morning lol. So I think I am fine with 18500 lol 
And that was me working from home, when I am in the office one battery should last me nearly to bed time! I think I have been over cautious last few days, but that is not a bad thing; better safe than sorry.
So what 18500 mod to plan for next
