Well i bought one of them shitty pen e cigs they now sell for a fiver and was using that for a few days whilst smoking less, popped into a vape shop and ended up buying a sub ohm device. I came out of the shop and went to costa, had half a fag (vaping was already turning me off the taste and it was disgusting) with my coffee whilst my coil was priming. That was 9 weeks ago and i havent been tempted since

Very similar situation to me I got a cheap pen device but it tasted burnt after a few days so went back to cigs I then got a vt60 revolution and haven't touched a cig since can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke now and prefer being inside vaping instead of outside smoking

30+years smoking 20/30 a day and gave up going cold turkey in 2011, started again in 2013 due to stress of my father passing away. Been trying to quit since then tried various times to quit using patches, gum and some ego style pens. Six weeks ago got a mvp 2.0 and by the next day I was down to just 4 or 5 cigs a day. Two weeks ago I got a coolfire 100tc had a few days without smoking but went back to 4 or 5 a day and still at that point. I'm on my way to quitting permanently it's not been an easy task up and down like a roller coaster but I'm happy to have cut down as much as I have.

I started smoking aged 9, nicking my mums roll ups. started vaping two months ago and not had a stinky since. I'm 50 in November.

I stopped smoking the day I bought my first setup (Innokin T18) That was over 3 months ago now and to be honest I even surprised myself. I don't even think about smoking as I enjoy vaping so much!
