I had not thought about sports and concerts.
I do think that you are very likely to need to have been vaccinated to have a foreign holiday when vaccines become widely available.
I would also be surprised if they did not become required for visiting care homes.
Probably other situations will require it.

But I a fairly sure you will not be forced to have it.

certain vaccinations are already required before being allowed to travel to certain places. it doesn’t mean it’s being forced on anybody as there is no obligation to go to the places, the same as how people can choose to go or not to go to a sport event or a concert.
