VG is used for loads of stuff apart from vaping. Baking, medicine, etc.but if theyre taxing at home production surely base will be included
They will need to bring in some sort of paperwork, you want to buy pg, vg, you sign a disclaimer saying it's not for vaping. You say it's for vaping you get charged the relevant tax, but it doesn't stop there, because my understanding is that all liquid manufacture must have the duty stamp label attached to it. Any liquid not displaying the label would be classed as illegitimate and can be seized, with prosecutions and fines up to £20,000but if theyre taxing at home production surely base will be included
Yes I know, but you dont always get 5 litresdarkstar VG is always £12.95 for a 5L
just saying
but if theyre taxing at home production surely base will be included
I've not read that anywhere, we will see.Unless you're planning on making it, declaring it and selling it to yourself ....you'll be fine
Plain VG or PG can't be taxed (surely) because it has many uses.So if my maths are right a 5L container of VG which currently costs £18 could end up having £1,100 of Vape Tax added.
