What Wire/Wick Combination ??

Where to start ??...At the beginning I suppose....


I've got both a rocket (Kayfun 3.1 clone) and A Fogger on order from FT, and as I've never actually made a coil before, I'm unsure of what wire/wick to use with these...Should it be the same for them all, or is there differences between them ??


The things I'll be using with the atomisers will be a chi you clone, a nemesis clone and a vision spinner.


I'm not that worried about making the coils as I have in the past done a bit of work on CB circuit boards so I'm not scared of doing some small fine work or getting my hands dirty as it were, I just don't have a clue about what to buy.....And I don't want to order stuff just to be a dust collector if I cant use it

Any advice, and don't forget that I'm a nube, so make it in simple terms........

For me I use silica or mesh strictly from stealthvape

I currently have my Fogger done with 3mm wick and 4/5 wraps of .20 Kanthal.

I also use smaller wicks and double up on other drippers.


I do mesh every once in awhile, but as I dont have a hot enough fire to properly oxodise them, I stick with silica

+1 on the 3mm silica, but I use 6 or 7 wraps of 0.25 kanthal also from stealthvape.
Only used mesh once so far, on me aga-t. (and that's all i'm saying on that)

Ps. I also use 1mm silica (doubled), as juice wickes for evods etc.

And now i have been drinking rum and started looking at ft too and thinking i need to grab a fogger..... im looking for something in that price range and also a dripper. any one got a bit of buying advice for me.... and how long does it take ft to get to stuff out and to the door step?
